Overflow Support

Dependable creative support for teams who need to temporarily expand their capacity

Unlike hiring a single freelancer or juggling several, you get flexible access to the right mix of talent for each project. Use as much or as little of the team as you need.

A Flexible Approach

Flexible billing and resource management

We offer four billing  and availability models, so you can choose the option that best suits your requirements: either ad-hoc, on a per-project basis, or for retainers for long-term, ongoing support.

A multi-disciplinary team of experienced creatives

Our clients count on us to deliver on time and to brief, so we’ve built a senior team of specialists with big-brand experience.

Trusted to deliver

Armasar supports the teams at Naked Insurance and Totality Creative, providing creative support when they need to expand their capacity.

"Totality had the pleasure of collaborating with Armasar on multiple projects, and we are absolutely delighted with the results! Their team is extraordinarily talented, and the work they produced was both visually stunning and faithful to our vision. What impressed us the most, however, was their remarkable turnaround time. They consistently delivered on schedule and, even with tight deadlines, they exceeded expectations without compromising on quality. If you're seeking a company that marries creativity with efficiency, we highly recommend Armasar. They truly go above and beyond!"

— Sheron Enslin, Executive Producer, Totality Creative

Questions?

We'd love to work with you, but you might have some questions before you get started. No problem, we've got you covered.

How does availability work?

If you know in advance that you'll need our support, you can book us for the period you need us. Alternatively, if you need ad-hoc support in a pinch, reach out to us to check if we're available.

Can I secure future availability?

Absolutely. You can book us in advance for the period you need us - time can be booked months in advance, or you can arrange a retainer that guarantees our availability for up to a year.

I only need support every now and then. Can you still help?

Yes! Many of our clients prefer an ad-hoc approach. Though the hourly rate is higher, there is no commitment or minimum requirements - just let us know when you need us, and we'll confirm availability.

How does billing work?

We offer four billing options: 1. ad-hoc support, 2. day- or week-rates, 3. a retainer that can be anywhere from one to twelve months, and 4. project-based rates. We'll work with you to find the best fit for your project or approach.

Are you available for evening and weekend work for tight deadlines?

We can be, and we'll confirm on a case-by-case basis.

What if I need more hands on deck?

We're often able to add additional team members to support you on the project. When booking, you can choose how many team members you'd like to book. Alternatively, if additional support is needed on an ad-hoc basis, this can be arranged based on availability.

Do I book on a per-job basis? Can I use you on other client projects?

If you book our time, and can use that time across multiple projects if you like. We'll be available up to the number of hours you've booked us for.

Can I be assured of your full attention?

Once you've booked our time, our designer is assigned to your task alone for the duration of your booking. This ensures that your project will receive their full attention. We firmly believe in delivering on time and to brief, so our entire approach has been set up to support this.

Do you work under NDA?

We treat all projects with strict confidentiality and are happy to work under NDA. As a white-label partner, we never share work without your approval.
